About the role
As a Damage Workshop Coordinator, you are a vital link between the customer, the insurance company, and the repair shop. You are responsible for providing professional service to customers throughout the entire damage process and ensuring that the work flows smoothly from booking to completed repair and handover. You work closely with damage technicians and other administrative staff to ensure that we together deliver a world-class customer experience.

You are accustomed to using the phone and computer as tools but also have an eye for detail and an interest in vehicles.

You take initiative and have a structured and flexible approach to work where the company's goals are in focus. Since you meet customers daily while working to coordinate and plan the workshop's needs, it is important that you enjoy a fast pace, are stress-resistant, and have a good ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Driver's license, category B

Merits

  • Technical background in vehicles
  • Previous experience with CABAS and CAB-Plan
  • Previous experience in similar roles

Conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
